WELCOME TO N12 TREASURE ROUTE NORTH WEST PROVINCE

Welcome to the N12 Treasure Route North West Province, part of the N-12 national road network, stretching through the South Eastern area of the North West Province in the northern central part of South Africa and only 150 km South of Botswana. It stretches from Carletonville through Potchefstroom to the KOSH or Matlosana Municipal area (Klerksdorp, Orkney, Stilfontein, Hartbeesfontein) and past Wolmaransstad to Bloemhof where it enters the Northern Cape Province, past Warrenton and Windsorton Road to Kimberely and on to Ritchie, Hopetown, Strydenburg, Britstown and Victoria West. At Three Sisters the N-12 National road shares the surface with the N-1 National Road where it enters the Western Cape Province. After Beaufort West it stretches to Laingsburg where it turns south over Oudshoorn to George.
